A Note About Advanced Silks

Our advanced silks curriculum is broken into blocks. Each block typically revolves around developing a capstone move or skill. These blocks don't need to be completed in a specific order, so long as you have the appropriate foundation.

Ex. You should master Double Stars before attempting Triple or Quadruple Star Drops.

Advanced silks doesn't have an end destination and the curriculum will continue to grow. One goal we have is for our members to learn how to explore and create new moves safely on their own.

Advanced silks is also not "one-and-done." By the time you are here, you have a vast arsenal of drops and poses. You must continually practice and revisit what you've learned. Our schedule will cycle through the different blocks; join again if you need an in-depth refresher.

Something else we expect of our advanced members: a dedication to building strength and improving technique. Pointed toes and straight legs are considered standard by this time.
