Bulletproof Body with Caitlin Huggard

Being an aerialist is a wonderful challenge but can cause some muscle imbalance. Come build balanced strength through loaded movement using a mix of weight plates, dumbbells, sand bells, kettlebells and VIPRs.

No prior experience needed.

Barbell 101 with Caitlin Huggard

Have you been looking longingly at the squat rack and barbell wondering how to use them? Bar 101 will cover set up, safety and introduce some of the most common compound movements. Learn the form without weight, including getting feedback from me so that you feel more comfortable using everything that is available at CircoFit!
